The Community Services department goal is to ensure that community values are reflected in the physical environment. The department focuses on building standards, planning and implementing policies that maintain the City's quality of life as the City continues to develop and grow. The City of Bee Cave encourages a balance of inviting and safe residential communities, vibrant nonresidential centers, and unlimited opportunities.

Street Maintenance/Improvement Project |
| April 27, 2012- At last Tuesday nights City Council meeting (4/24/12), the City Council awarded the 2012 street maintenance bid to Asphalt Paving Company of Austin in the amount of $998,777.70. The 2012 street maintenance program includes a 1”overlay on all residential streets that received a seal-coat during the 2011 street maintenance program and Gene Butler Drive at the Police/Fire Stations. Once contracts are signed, Asphalt Paving Company will be submitting a paving schedule. City staff will post the schedule on the City website and e-mail it to the residential HOA’s. |
