Street Maintenance/Improvement Project

Update: January 27, 2012 Bee Cave Project Schedule
January 25, 2012 - On January 26th, 2012 a street sweeper will be in town picking up loose rock on the streets that received a seal-coat in Falconhead, Homestead and Uplands.
January 12, 2012 - The City of Bee Cave Street Maintenance Improvement Project remains on hold due to colder temperatures which adversely impact required repairs. The City Council will be considering change orders to the current project as well as requesting new bids for additional overlay in late March/April, 2012. We sincerely appreciate your patience with this important effort.
November 28, 2011 - Road rehabilitation activities scheduled for the week of November 28th have been temporarily suspended due to cold temperatures.
November 22, 2011 Bee Cave Project Schedule
A Street Maintenance/Improvement Project has begun within the Bee Cave city limits which encompasses hot mix overlay, milling, surface treatment, crack seal, striping, spot pavement repair, edge of pavement repair and backfill pavement edges of various existing streets. A pre-construction meeting was held August 11, 2011 and the contract time is approximately 3 months. The contract to perform this work was awarded to Ramming Paving Company. We ask for your cooperation to expedite this job for everybody's convenience.
